SCHEDULE
  • The official time will be available at the registration table. Please give yourself enough "lag" time to ensure you are on time. Absolutely no exceptions will me made for tardiness based on the official time.
  • Registration will close promptly at 9am. Make it a point to check in at registration prior to 9am if you intend to participate in the event.
  • Entry to the tech inspection line will close promptly at 9:15am. All people who wish to get re-inspected because they failed tech inspection the first time through will have to be in line for re-inspection at 9:15am to be re-inspected.
7:00-9:00AM Registration (plan extra travel time to get to the event early, registration will close promptly at 9AM.
7:00-9:15AM Tech inspection. You must go through registration BEFORE tech inspection. You must be in line for tech inspection before 9:15am or you will not be inspected and you will not run. Please make sure to go through tech inspection early because if you fail tech inspection and want to get reinspected, you will have to be in line for reinspection before 9:15am.
9:30AM Driver Meeting.
10:00AM First car will launch on Stage 1 for Group A and the remaining cars will be launched at one-minute intervals.
Group A will be followed by an immediate worker changeover and then Group B cars will be launched at one-minute intervals.
1:30-2:30PM Lunch Break. Timing changeover for second course.
2:45PM Stage 2 for Group A begins
Group A will be followed by an immediate worker changeover and then Stage 2 for Group B will begin.
NOTES
  • Prepare for an entire day outdoors. Bring sunscreen, a hat, dust masks and plenty of liquids to keep hydrated under the hot sun (no alcohol). We also highly recommend you bring snacks and lunch. Water is available on-site. Gas and food are a 10-minute drive from the site.
  • Legible car numbers and class designations will be required for this event (on both sides of the car). Shoe polish numbers will not be accepted as legible. Masking tape can be purchased from your local hardware store in many different colors and will not leave any residue on a cars paint. Those cars with two drivers should plan some method of making car numbering work for both drivers - requesting numbers that are easily adapted is recommended (e.g. 33 and 133). Legible numbers means that when your car enters the course only the number of the current driver is visible.
  • All drivers must present a valid drivers license in order to compete in this event...no exceptions!
  • All Participants Must Work!
  • 'A' group competitors will work the 'B' group stages by reporting to the Worker Coordinator at the tower/scoring area immediately after they complete their runs for each stage.
  • 'B' group competitors will work the 'A' group stages by reporting to the Worker Coordinator at the tower/scoring area 15 minutes prior to the start of the stages (9:45am and 2:30pm).
  • There will be a system in place to verify compliance. Lack of participation will result in disqualification in accordance with event supplementals.
